Before you come to Disha
What to bring, how admission works and who to ask — so your visit is calmer and shorter.
For an outpatient visit
- Earlier prescriptions and test or scan reports
- The medicines you take now, or a photo of their labels
- A photo ID
- For pregnancy visits, your antenatal card
For planned surgery or admission
- You will be told when to stop eating and drinking before surgery
- Tell the team about blood-thinning, diabetes and blood-pressure medicines in advance
- The treatment plan and estimated cost are explained before admission
- One attendant can stay with the patient
Payments
Please ask the front desk about payment options before your admission or procedure.
After you go home
You receive written discharge advice and a follow-up date. If you are worried after discharge, call +91 89517 23114 — the line is answered 24 hours.
Your privacy
Your medical information is shared only with the people caring for you. Photographs of patients are never used without written consent.
