What this website collects

This website does not store the information you type into the appointment form. When you press “Send request on WhatsApp”, your request opens in WhatsApp on your own device and is sent only if you choose to send it. WhatsApp's own privacy policy then applies.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how the website is used — for example, which pages are visited and whether the call button is pressed. These tools use cookies and do not tell us who you are.

Calls and messages

When you call or message the hospital, your number and message are used only to respond to you and arrange your care.

Medical information

Information you share with the hospital during care is handled as part of your medical record and shared only with those involved in your care, or as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information the hospital holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to dishasurgicalcare@gmail.com.
